Spicy Butternut Squash Polenta

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup corn meal
- 2 cups butternut squash soup
- 3/4 cup of water
- red pepper flakes to taste
- garlic to taste
- salt & pepper to taste

Directions
- Mix all ingredients in a medium size pot
- Bring mixture to boil
- Reduce heat and cook until all liquid has been absorbed,  stir frequently
- Can be served hot or when cooled will harden and you can slice it to eat like a loaf
