- 1/2 block of Firm Tofu
- 1/4 chopped Onion
- 1 Portobello Mushroom grilled and chopped
- 1 tbsp of Chia Seeds
- Pepper to taste
- Hot Sauce to taste (I used about 2 to 3 tbsp)
- 1/2 tbsp liquid smoke
- 2 tbsp Pumpkin Seeds
