- Penne Pasta (I used a gluten free pasta)
- 1 avocado
- about 1/2 cup of vegan cheese (I used Daiya Chedder Cheese)
- 1/2 tbsp cilantro
- 1/4 tbsp sage
- 1/4 cup of Almond Milk
- Lime Juice about 1/4 tbsp
- Apple Cider Vinegar 1/4 tbsp
- Pepper
